Marlee Poulin

Community Education Navigator

MECC

My name is Marlee Poulin, I was born and raised in Thunder Bay. My role at the MECC is working alongside with the PASS team as Community Education Navigator. I graduated from Confederation College in 2008 receiving my diplomas in both Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting and have been working in various roles within the healthcare field. I completed my B.Ed in Adult Education from Brock University and in 2014 began teaching at Confederation College in the School of Health within the Oral Health Programs. After completing my Master of Education degree from Lakehead University, I began working at Nishnawbe Aski Nation as a Health Policy Analyst which sparked my interest and passion for supporting Indigenous communities in health and education. I am excited to begin working with the communities and look forward to meeting the rest of the Matawa Team.
