Emily joined the Dorset Pier Mental Health (DPMH) team as the Instructional Designer after completing her Masters of Social Work at Lakehead University. She is a warm and welcoming individual who has a passion for mental health knowledge and creating broader community change. Emily uses her role within DPMH to pass on knowledge about counselling principles and practices to individuals who may not otherwise be able to access counselling or services. Her favourite part about her role is how she gets to use creativity to make learning about mental health fun and exciting!
