Eliana has dedicated the past two decades to the field of education, beginning her career as a classroom teacher for five years before transitioning into roles as a teacher trainer, university professor, and curriculum specialist. Her work is focused on designing and implementing alternative, equitable, and culturally responsive assessments. Eliana holds a PhD from the University of Calgary and actively teaches in both Bachelor's and Masters of Education programs, working passionately on the integration of indigenous perspectives in educational assessment.
