Angela Jason is an Anishinaabe artist from Sheshegwaning First Nation currently residing in Thunder Bay. She is a self-taught artist working in various mediums but mainly focuses on acrylic painting, stained glass, and digital art. Her professional background as an Ontario College of Teachers certified educator involved outdoor education, science, business, and geography. While being an artistic, non-arts educated teacher she often explored integrating art into her lessons regardless the subject. As an independent arts educator, Angela strives to help others discover their creativity and practice creativity as a wellness exercise. Her philosophy is everyone, at any age, can create.
